Annual Assessments are permitted under the guidelines of each Declaration of covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. All homeowners are put on notice of the dues by virtues of the Declarations being filed in the public records. Assessments are on an annual basis and are owed on February 1st of each year.

Recently, the Board of Directors has amended their position regarding its billing practice. Prior to February 1st, the Board will mail you one invoice as a courtesy reminder to pay your assessment. However, the obligation to pay the assessments rests with the homeowner regardless of whether an invoice is actually received. There will be no other efforts made to bill the assessment. Non-payment will result in a lien being filed on your property. In addition, access to the GlenOaks web site will be denied to any nonpaying member.All payments can be made to GlenOaks Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 343, Prospect, Kentucky 40059.
