Comments and Actions:

  1. On 8-11, I encountered 2 young adults roaming the subdivision looking for a friend’s house. They didn’t know the name or address of their friend. They decided to call someone to pick them up. Later on that evening one of them was arrested at the Dive Shop at Hwy 22 & Brownsboro Road on several charges, including assaulting an officer.
  2. On 8-24, I escorted individuals out of the subdivision who were unable to locate their friend’s party.
  3. On 8-29, I escorted an individual out of the subdivision, she was putting flyers in paperboxes.
  4. On 8-29 & 30, I was stopped by several residents regarding erratic/unsafe driving by a young female driver in a white Volvo. I was unable to locate vehicle.
  5. Residents leaving garage doors open late at night is still a problem.
  6. The “Trash Collectors” are still collecting items left at the curb. When I locate one of these individuals, I verify who they are and that they are not wanted on an outstanding warrant. Although, I haven’t observed them in the trashcans per say, please don’t put any items in the trash that would provide them the opportunity to use your identity.
  7. During the month I monitored several parties. During these parties there were young adults roaming the roadways.  On one evening, criminal mischief (empty beer cans were scattered about) occurred on the15th green and 16th tee box.
  8. I received complaints regarding inconsiderate joggers on the roadway and vehicles operated recklessly.

Comments and Actions:

I am still finding residents who are leaving garage doors open late at night exposing their property to risk.

The “Trash Collectors” are still collecting items left at the curb. When I locate one of these individuals I verify who they are and that they are not wanted on an outstanding warrant. Although, I haven’t observed them in the trashcans per say, please don’t put any items in the trash that will provide them the opportunity to use your identity.

I have investigated several complaints from residents, during the past months.  Some of these are still ongoing;

a) overnight parking; there has been an increase in overnight parking. Beginning April, I will begin issuing parking violations for expired registration when parked on the roadway, parking within 25 feet from intersection, parking in crosswalks and parking on or blocking sidewalks or driveways.
 b) children on motorized mopeds and scooters; I have talked with several parents about the dangers of children riding motorized golf cart style vehicles, mopeds and scooters on the roadway.

On three occasions I have asked solicitors to leave the subdivision.

On several occasions I have asked unattended children to leave the lake area.

If you have any information on any of the above complains please contact me will at the above email.
